Joel Reymont has finished rewriting (site no longer available) his Poker Server in Erlang. According to his article he gets 27,000 games running concurrently on the server running on his laptop. 7:38:06 AM

Gambit-C Scheme 4.0 beta 13 has been released. Included in the new features is an improved web server example with a continuation based system included. The release is now dual licensed under the LGPL or the Apache license. 7:02:47 AM
