From PLNews: A C compiler that compiles to Java Bytecode. AMPC is a C compiler that generates Java Bytecode. The resulting executables will be able to run on any Java Virtual Machine® (JVM). AMPC enables programmers to develop new applications using the C language targeting the JVM, thus, opening up a whole new market dimension.
