Lambda the Ultimate points to some work from Philip Wadler on a language designed for programming web applications. It looks to combine ideas from continuation based systems, Erlang, and various query languages. The slides give an overview of the different systems. 11:22:29 AM

I like this idea from Russell Beattie. He is serializing free books via RSS. You pick a book and a chunk size and you get a chunk of that book delivered via RSS daily. It sounds like a good way to read a book you otherwise would not have found time to read. 11:00:59 AM
