I've got Goo v140 compiling and running under .NET now. I've integrated the changes to the Win32 version and changed a few of the C defines so they are a bit more relevent.

I haven't got all the functionality of my previous .NET version in there yet. Currently it only runs as a .NET application. I'll port across the additional modules to call .NET classes and functions next.
Also, threads and dynamic compilation don't work under .NET. I plan to
work on that though.
